Buyer’s Inspection

Our buyer’s home inspections are completely comprehensive. We will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using our multi-point home inspection checklist.

4 Point Inspection

A Four Point Home Inspection is required by insurance companies before a home insurance policy is issued on an older home (usually 30 years old or more). It covers 4 important areas of the home: HVAC, Electric, Plumbing, & Roof.

Wind Mitigation Inspection

Florida’s sun and tropical storms can wreak havoc on your home. It’s important to make sure the roof over your head is structurally sound and that your home insurance policy reflects that! Additional Services

Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO)

Included with every Residential Inspection. The WDO/termite inspection is a visual inspection for wood destroying organisms which includes: termites, certain “wood boring” beetles, and wood decay fungi. Pretty much everyone is aware of termites, but in Florida, we include all types of organisms that “eat” wood.

Pre drywall (New Build) Inspections

Many people are under the impression that brand-new homes don’t need an inspection. But the truth is, not all contractors are created equal and there’s always a form of human error involved in construction. The best time to do a home inspection is while it is being built before the drywall is placed. This allows us to inspect all of the main components of the home before they’re hidden.
